Mounted Mischief 4-H Club was founded in 2000 to provide a safe, supportive environment to learn about horses. Since then, we've grown into one of the largest and most vibrant horse 4-H clubs in King County. Most of our members either own their own horse or have access to one through a lease. Members range from novice to advanced riders. In most months, our regular business meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Meredith Hill Elementary School in Federal Way. We meet in the cafeteria.
Mounted Mischief welcomes members of all horse-related interests and breed preferences. We stress having fun while making new friends, behaving safely, setting and achieving personal goals, helping others achieve their goals, showing good sportsmanship and becoming a more competent rider.
Fun and educational activities include:
- Riding clinics with 4-H judges
- Community service projects
- Horseback and horseless parties
